When you start a new campaign, make sure AI auto adjust is on. The
reason is, I've been playing it quite a bit and there are areas I've
come across on what I think is medium setting which are kicking my a.s.

Of course. I might just be pants.

Don't forget to play around with the render options, either. There are
some interesting variations there. I'm running the 'Cold' one now. You
need to set Special Effects to at least High, before you can change
them, though.

About the AI, I thought it was rather forgiving on the first levels,
but once you get to the top of the carrier, the difficulty seems to
crank up and the opposition get smarter. They don't fall for the old
'hide in the bush' trick quite as easily now and when you face the
Tri-Gens, it's pants-filling time. :D

Unfortunately not. My current spec can just about manage to run it.

You're not kidding. I'm on a bit now where I'm sh.tting myself. The
'little' ones are starting to flank me, as if fighting and killing them
wasn't hard enough!

I'd like to see Steve 'By crocky' Irwin try to mess with one of those
'little' monkeys! :-)

That whole leaping in the air thing freaked me out.
