stuck with car turtled

i am stuck where the magnet releases the car, and it turtles on its back;
is there a way to put it upright? or just run the course on foot? (i did
make it to the next bldg etc, but this seems pretty slow and uses a lot of
ammo).

use the gravity gun to shoot it upright

you will be doing a lot of that!!
