GTA III XBOX rampages help!!

Hello there!

I'm working on the rampages missions now. I alreasy have 92% of the game
completed and I'm aiming for 100%. Although I'm having some trouble with a
rampage mission. The one in Shorside Vale, where you have to burn the Cartel
(and 20! of 'em)
I really have some hard time with this mission! I tried it over and over
again! By the time you can fry 2 Cartel you're almost wacked! It really
pisses me off! Is there any other way?? Does the XBOX version have an
invincible cheat or God mode? Or else could someone give me at leat some
advise how to do this mission??
Your help would be so much appreciated!

My technique (a little sneaky) is to get the rampage and then go into one of
the fenced in yards. Switch to overhead view. The flamethrower is the only
weapon that can shoot through the hedges. They can't shoot back at you, so
you can roast them all in total safety.
