what happens when you finish all of the missions in vice city, can you still
play the saved game or do you need to start a new game??

When you finish all of the missions in VC, the end credits roll, and then
you're back in the game- the missions are done, but you can still rob, kill,
steal, and maim....

Is it true that you get attacked all the time by rival gangs, though, making
finishing miscellenous things that much harder?

Only the Haitians hate you once you've finished the game, but they are
no match for Tommy once you've played that far. It might make rampages
marginally more difficult in that area, but it's no big deal. Contrast
that with GTA3 where everyone hates you, and driving through the Mafia
area is more or less impossible, unless at high speed.

Ok, I see now that I was worrying about GTA3, which I've never played.
(I'll have to go back and buy that after I finish VC - what a great game!)

Are the wheels bullet proof on Bullet proof cars on VC?

I only know of 1 bulletproof vehicle in VC, and that's the Admiral you can
steal from Diaz in the Guardian Angels mission. I think its wheels are
puncture proof as well, but haven't tried it out. (GTA3 didn't have tire
punctures, so doesn't apply there.)

Well the Admirals tires are puncture proof UNTIL you put it in a
garage after that while the car still is bullet,fire,explosion and
collison proof the tires go back to normal. As for the number of BP
vehicles in VC the Sbare Turbo that Hilary races U in also is. Just
wait in front of club Malibu when he completes the circuit race he'll
dissappear from the car but since its locked you'll need to push it to
a garage of your w/ another vehicle.

Both the Cubans and the Haitians hate me. They actually helped me win
one of the missions. I drive the woman off the road and she just
keeps trying to go through the wall. I jump out and shoot all of the
tires out. Then I beat the car up with my fist trying to get the door
off. It never works. Then some gang member comes running up, opens
the door and pulls them out. Then they start shooting at me. I could
then shoot them all, pick up the plates for the printing press and win
the mission.

You start the game again mate, complete it and find out.
