How do I get to the Vercettie Estate from the Avery Carrington
Construction site to find the maze where the sniper rifle is hidden?

I am on the Four Iron Mission.

Go south until you get to the hardware store, take a right and go over
the Starfish Island bridge. The Vercetti/Diaz mansion will be on the
left (go in the first driveway). The hedge maze is to the right of
the mansion.

There is a gate across the end of the bridge. Keeping me from getting
to the Vercettie Estate. How do I get the gate opened or get over it
or through it?

When you're done with all the Colonel Cortez missions, the drug lord (Diaz)
calls you and invites you to his mansion, which will later become Vercetti
Estate.
