Hello,

How do I start Sunshine Auto side missions (street races + car
collecting)? Do I have to buy SA first (I haven't completed Shakedown
yet)?

All Vice City lists them as "side-mission" like RC car, PCJ playground
etc..., which are readily available without buying properties or
completing missions...

But whenever I go in Sunshine Auto's office or underground car park,
there's no pink marker ever. Is this a time of day criterion?
