as far as I am aware you can't, but I don't have the ps3 version.

Excited after finally graduating kindergarten after 20 gruelling years,

I don't know who this "u" character is, but the main character, Niko,
cannot play MP3 files. Perhaps the people at UL Paper are able to, but
they aren't playable characters.
