This is a short list and things that need to be changed in GTA IV
  * Pistols need less shots to kill someone (1 for head and 2-3 for
body )
  * colored dots in MP Keep dissapearing in certain instances
   * All weapons option is stupid when you start with pistol. because
you must always  find better weapon or have no chance. it should be
pistols only or heavy weapons only . or if you do keep pistols in all
weapons options then Change damage to where you dont need to empty a
clip to kill someone.

That would make other weapons redundant.

Certain instances, as in, when the option to hide them is on?

It would be a bit boring if each player started with a powerful weapon. In
any case the option to have stronger weapons at start can be configured.

Why not add it to the "one small improvement" or "GTA V improvement" or "How
to improve The Next GTA in GTA V" or "What really annoys me about GTA..." or
"What Could have made GTA IV Better..." threads?

Or just enjoy the game as it is FFS. The closest I've been to the game so
far is when I was at someone's house this weekend and the case was next to a
XBOX, but even so I'm fed up with its shortcomings just because people seem
to think it should be changed, and think that this is an effective place to
start that change. If the game is so badly written, why did you buy it?
