ok. a tc is a total conversion... when a game has a mod made that turns it
into another game... in this case... a howard the duck game. now... i don't
have the skill to do something like that... but i figure there are probably
some folks in modding communities who DO have the skills to do that... and
maybe even the interest. another cool tc of gta iv would be saturday night
fever (especially since the guy that wrote the original article that
resulted in saturday night fever recently announced he made the whole thing
up). It was just a lot easier to say it the way I said it though. Still, I
hate to confuse folks with sub-par iqs... but then that's not who i was
talkin' at... is it.
