I don't think this has ever been mentioned here but I found something
interesting. As it turns out it was already discovered (There's even a
guide on GameFAQs for it).

If you enter the peds riot, peds armed and better handling cheats you
can use the corpse of a pedestrian to launch an RC car high in to the
air. If you utilise the infinite time cheat you can do this as long as
you like, not just until the time runs out.

It's possible to reach places like Kenji's rooftop using this method.
Kinda cool.
