I appreciate the help I got!!!!  Thanks to you I've maxed out my flying
skill- Flying out to sea, pausing then rubber bands and a couple dimes on
the controller... But I did that when you clued me in about 'Just Business'.
Now I'm messing with 'Reuniting Families' and I found out about getting
boats.  No good though... At least I think so- There's no skill level in the
stats for boats at R.F. level.  *BUT*  I jacked a cabbage buggy at SF
airport and with the rubber band and dimes, it's going in circles and soon I
should have maxed out driving ability in oh, a couple hours or so.....

sh.t you probably know this....

Maybe it's different for you but when I played the PS2 version I found it took far, far longer to max out my
driving ability than any other skill in the game.  In fact, I don't think I managed to max it before I stopped
playing the PS2 version.  There was a reason for that, but I've forgotten what it was.

Just thought I'd mention that in case you find you're not progressing as fast as you expected...

Strange.  I always have my driving skill maxed before the story lets me
out of Los Santos/Red County - probably helps that I always do the taxi
side mission and before each mission do a circuit of LS to get the MP5
pickups (on top of the Jefferson Motel, north of that on the main
northern road and at Unity Station), plus the two AK-47s and silenced
pistol in the western portion of the city.

I personally hate driving anything in GTA that has more than two wheels,
so my driving skill would probably never max out. Hopefully the GTA IV
vehicles won't suck as much.
