I take it I should leave this mission until later. I don't want some cnut
following me around on a motorbike while I'm trying to do other stuff.

Never seen a hitman on a cycle in LCS. And they don't really appear
frequently enough, nor are they dangerous enough, to be anything other
than a minor annoyance. (they don't show up during missions, either)
