How to drop weapons and Items

PC Version: I know this may sound stupid, but how do I drop an item
or weapon? I cannot seem to find "Drop Item" or "Remove Weapon" in
the redefine Keys dialog.

I am at the end of "Breaking The Bank At Caligula's" and cannot seem
to pick up the parachute (need to drop the dildo)

You should be able to just pick up the parachute by standing over it and
hitting TAB. Doing so will automatically replace a different item in
that inventory slot.

Note that this is the same for weapons of the same type. Let's say you
have a 9mm pistol but want to collect a Desert Eagle. Doing the same
with TAB will switch weapons. Be warned, as with some weapons you lose
all the ammo (I don't think you do with shotguns though).

The SMGs and micro SMGs share ammo, as do the various shotties, and the
AK47/M16. The pistols don't (even the silenced/unsilenced pistols)
