Fun, fun, fun! :P  Okay, not really, since I've only just started
(finished Martinez and Phil's first mission) and am currently in the
'chores' phase (got all of the balloons and the western jumps, plus a couple
of Rampages - now time to fight some fires) before I continue much
further... :)

Is this on the PS2 Joseph? I'm currently writing a small guide for the
PS2 exclusive content.

If you want a copy I can send one through email.

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks, but I've already got the guides from GameFAQs, both of which
mention the exclusive content.  The only problem is that they're
direction-based (ie, going from one to the next in order, using the previous
spot as the starting point for the directions) instead of giving the
neighborhoond and then the nearest landmark to the balloon/rampage/jump.

(For example, "Starfish Island - A wooden ramp on the western side of Diaz's
mansion. Land past the pond." for a unique jump instead of directions from
one of the jumps from Benny's Restaurant is far preferable to me.  Or "High
up in the upper-right of the indent of The Mendez Building." instead of
street directions from elsewhere in Downtown which can easily be
misinterpreted, especially when counting intersections and traffic lights.
[chose those two examples because, being marked on the map, I find it rather
irritating to have to read street directions to find out that that's where
I'd end up instead of just being told to go there :)

Fortunately, I'm a little bit anal-retentive and so concocted my own lists
for each game based on neighborhoods & landmarks for the next time I play
through. :P I need to clean up my red balloon one, though, since it tends to
rely on Vice City landmarks. :) [why oh why did they remove the signage
from most of the old landmark properties? Sure, if you played VC you'd know
what I mean when I say "Kaufman Cabs", "The Malibu", "Ocean View Hotel" or
the "Pole Position" (especially the Malibu & PP since they were mentioned on
the radio).  After all, it's not like any of those businesses were likely to
have only been opened and named in the 2 years between VCS & VC...]

Oh, come *ON*.  Firefighter should *NOT* be *that* easy.  Heck, it even
makes Firefighter in GTA:SA seem an impossible task, even if you start in or
around Montgomery so that most fires spawn in the wilderness and give you
huge times to complete.  The only reason I didn't get perfects on all 15
levels was because I accidentally ran down a cop and had to go find a couple
of bribes. :/  Heck, even GTA3's version (20 fires on each island for the
flamethrower) was more difficult (due to the lack of a full map and tighter
time limits).

Guess that explains why I was able to pass firefighter in VCS. I only
vaguely tried in the previous GTA games, and was never able to put out a
single fire, not getting the stream positioned right.
