If you don't want to miss them, after each mission that they occur,
be careful to NOT cross into the next island borders.
Wait it out by entering a vehicle and listen to any radio station, as
the news bulletins will intercept any radio broadcast.
Hear it to completion, then go back across borders to save.

I for one, really enjoy these news bulletins.
Once you hit the  "Welcome" loading screen, if a news bulletin was
about to occur, it is gone forever. It loaded and played, and now is
gone. Many have stated how these repeat. Never heard this by my own
ears, as I pass missions and then save, so if I crossed a border,
it's pretty much history for that news bulletin.

Tiny small issue, but aren't they all.
I wanted to hear so many that I missed.
The thing is, many missions occur across the border line
from a particular save point. Wait it out!

I don't think these radio bulletins are re-playable
after 100% like the cutscenes available at the 2nd island safe house.
Supposedly the cutscenes are re-playable after 100%.
I'm at 72.5% so I can't confirm this for awhile yet.

If you hop out of.off of the vehicle and re-enter whilst the news
bulletin is playing, it will play again from the start. The fanfare at
the end is when the thing is totally finished.

In LCS I found this quite annoying as you're forced to sit there whilst
this thing plays for the Nth time.

I've got a save at 98%, so I'm guessing it is a 100% reward. I've got
an unlocked Rhino at Fort Baxter however. By the way, am I to expect a
Hunter as a reward for reaching that elusive 100% ?

Cheers,
Rob

Even better, you get a Hunter sidemission. It should already be available to
you as it's unlocked by "Last Stand".
The cut-scene review is a 100% reward.
