After a certain mission(forgot which one), I noticed a shootout
between the bikers & cholos near downtown, almost on the main road.
There was even a police car there, doors open, but empty.

Several times I drove by, there they were again, going at it!
Sometimes they just stop and stand there, and after a couple seconds,
the Cholos run after me. Odd.

I wonder if the cabbie with no passengers + open rear door could
explain it to me. I seem to see him all the time.

Oh yeah, I hated "havana good time". Ugh!@3

Those wars are all over the 2nd island as well.
Bikers - Sharks.
The seem to die off as you take over all the empire sites.

About the Cholos chasing you, you have gained their
hate in storyline missions by now obviously.
That doesn't happen for Bikers until a while later.

I actually liked all the Umberto missions, compared to when the
storyline missions get REALLY shitty later.

No spoilers, you'll know when it happens.
I really hate the storyliners in this game.

The opening missions are all geared towards conflict with the Cholos,
especially by the time you get to "Jive Drive".

I'm quite pleased with the difficulty level in VCS. Some missions drove
me up the wall, as it wasn't immediately obvious what you had to do.
"Hose The Hoes" took me a few tries as the game didn't allow me enough
time to get those fires put out. Eventually I just smashed in to them
to get them clear of the building.

As I said, I'm quite pleased. In LCS, especially after getting all the
Rampages and Hidden Packages, the difficulty dropped substantially.

Cheers,
Rob
