Ah, that's right. The other plane is there either before or after the
first Verdant Meadows mission "N.O.E." for Toreno. I think the
Stuntplane could be a reward for the flight school, but could be wrong.
The Leviathan's magnet wouldn't really be too useful in any case. The
only things it can haul properly are motorcycles and the mission
Securicar.
Everything is too heavy IIRC.

Airstrip spawns:
Flight school >= Bronze: Rustler
Flight school >= Silver: Stuntplane
Flight school = Gold: Hunter
Up, up and away: Leviathan
Vertical Bird: Hydra
Green Goo?: Jetpack

It can lift small utility vehicles as well, - like forklift, baggage car
etc.
