Most of driving and riding school is just pure luck anyway (or at least
getting the gold is) but city slicker is actually pretty good. It's not an
easy car to control, so even if you don't get hampered by other cars, it
still requires some degree of skill.

zackly. I was very reckless at first and almost lost it because I just
hit the accelerater and laughed maniacally. Then I recalled little
details like the lamp posts and stuff, which there seem to be more of
in the xbox version, and that awful kind of spiral hill at the marker
point. I was well ready for a surprise by the time I had turned up
the hill from the docks to cross the rail line but there was
absolutely nothing to hamper me. Still only got silver though :O)
