At the risk of being stupid, or posting something in the wrong news group,
I'd like to ask you something.

I would like to add af few simple things to GTA, like traffic signs and
billboards of my own. How must I go about? I am completely new to this, so
what I really need is a link to a decent step-by-step guide.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Oh, "Typophile" is my nick in Font newsgroups I frequent.

It depends which GTA you're talking about and on which platform. I'm
assuming you're on PC?

I'll assume you're on San Andreas, then you will need programs which
allow modifications to be done etc. I can;t vouch for anything as I
don;t have PC version, used to mod the original GTA a lot though and
it was fun... check out this page, lots of things here

But basically just put

GTA modding

into Google and take a look at what comes up. There are way too many
for me to search through.
