I hate this mission. I get given such a crap car that I am finding it
difficult to control it and get enough pace to spin that womans car out.
Any tips please?

Yes, don't try to go too fast, specially on corners. Learn where you
can personally cut corners, like the very first section ride the edge
of the building site and it takes just a few second off, The little
carpark when you get by zero's and the grass areas if done gently. You
do learn which way she goes. The annoying thing is it has a habit of
not letting you spin her out at first. I have caught her and spun her
well before the country club area but it didn't let me spin her out.
The worst instance is if she drops behind the houses just below
katie's. This has happened to me a few times and she has somehow
managed to get out but I couldn't and she got away.

I didn't find one but that doesn't mean there isn't. the problem is as
far as I know the car has the beeper built in, that's you and her, so
you can't ditch the car. I keep wondering if you could cut up the road
to the left of CJ's garage and through the buildings, whether it would
allow you to do that, as from what I can tell the dots are just
indicators. Sadly i have just restarted a completely scratch game so
I'm nowhere near being able to check this out for you.
