Hi. Anyone know what happened to VOZ? I haven't used the link
(http://vistaoz.org/) for some months, but it now opens a site FTX.
That site has Australian scenery but I don't see VOZ or their forums -
a Google search hasn't enlightened me either.
What happened??

Last I heard VOZ for FS9 is now no longer supported or being further
developed.
They have been concentrating on developing the FTX package for FSX.
But I find it surprising that the FS9 is still not available from their
site.
If a download site can't be found - I'm fairly sure I have the files on
an external hard drive.
It would be quite easy to burn on a CD and post to you.

Theres a download button near the bottom right side of the screen.
Not sure but I think Version 1.8 was the last for FS9

Thanks for the offer - I have all the downloads backed up too, but
wanted to post to the forum and was surprised not to locate it.

More Googling brought results. I didn't know VOZ had stopped ..
Forums are here:

Downloads here:

Maybe I am the last to learn of this..

I have to say that the teaser video for YBBN Brisbane International is
just incredible.
In one brief scene I swear I could see the EXACT spot where I stood last
December while waiting for a taxi.
The detail is just breath taking. :-)

I have the Gold and the Green and they are impressive and superior to Ground
Environment X. The 372 free airfields are really well done too.

How does this sit with VOZ 1.8? I have a new Brisbane YBBN, designed
for VOZ. I assume the one on the FTX site is different:
http://www.flightsim.com/file.php?cm=SEARCH1&fname=brisbaneairport2009.zip
It's very nice scenery, but I do get some fps hits/stutters.
Does FTX stuff work with FS9? The 'X' sort of makes me think not,
though I didn't see anything on the site to say otherwise. I do have
FSX but hardly ever use it to be honest - still prefer FS9, with all
my addons.
Thanks,

Yes, the YBBN video is pretty amazing. Almost makes me fire up FSX
instead of FS9! :-)
