Who or where do I need to get in touch with to see about getting permission
to use the clip?

First of all, it's spelled "copyright".
Secondly, you'd be wanting to contact Square-Enix themselves on that
one. Get a translator.

If it's only for educational purposes, then you can use copy-righted stuff
provided the general public doesn't view it, nor if it's for profit.
