I don't know if this is entirely new footage or a mix of new and
previously unseen TGS 2007 footage.  either way it's never been seen
by the VAST majority of people.

Is that real-time?   yes and no, I would say.

part real-time / in-game  and part pre-rendered CGI I think.

so far, Final Fantasy XIII is  exclusive to PS3.   However with the
high development cost I would think that  SE will bring it to PC after
some time.  I don't think there will ever be an Xbox 360 port, but  a
PC port in 2009 seems almost for certain, unless PS3 takes off like a
rocket next year.
