I am into the paranormal metaphysics and the sort, and I've actually studied this quite extensively. It's absolutely possible. Ever hear of the Mayan code? If not, check it out on Amazon or a bookstore. Something of "significance" is supposed to occur on December 12, 2012. Whether the Mayans had the sun's cycles figured out or if they were referring to a new "spiritual" age, we've no idea.
