HAW!

I wonder if the granting of a new trial for C-Murder had to do with the
jury being prejudiced by his name ("C-Murder") in their decision to
grant him a new trial (for.... murder)?

Well I sure wouldn't let a man called C-Murder walk away free from a charge
of murder - it would be ludicrous!  Once they see his new milling profession
they'll be sure to acquit him.
