Good luck with it. We had to design a game in our Game Studies paper (yes,
there is a University paper which does that) and that was an experience I
wouln't want to repeat.

The ideas people really just wanted to put in half an hour of high-concept
then let the programmers slog away for the next six weeks, and had
unrealistic ideas about what was technically possible ("How about a 3D
fighting game?" "Dude, I only just figured out how to put a sprite on the
screen")

The graphics and sound people either turned out crap (because they'd never
used the tools before, or it sounded easier than programming) or would
always have something "next week"

The programmer ended up doing everthing, but everyone else shared the grade.

And it your case, you've also got the problem that even if you do get a
motivated and skillful team, and put something together good, what's to stop
someone on the team from packaging it up and making a profit (perhaps
changing the window dressing first so it looks like a different game)? Or
even if you all agree to sell it, who decides the profit split?

Saying all that, it will be a valuable learning experience if you can get it
off the ground.

cool dude, lend your skills and help us your experience might be what
we need, i think if we take it slow, and make our focus on learning and
having fun it shouldnt be a problem man.
