Can anyone think of a monster where Drain works but Osmose doesn't? In other
words, you can drain HP but not MP (or vice versa)

You haven't specified any specific game, but there are many examples in FFs
where a monster has HP but no MP, and such Osmose would be rather
ineffective against them.  The other way round doesn't seem possible though,
unless ou count against undead creatures (where Drain has the opposite
effect).

I was thinking of any FF, and any monster which has HP and MP.
In other words, can a monster be immune to Drain, but not Ormose?
Do vulnerablities to Bio/Poison/Drain (all HP based) correspond to
Rasp/Venom/Osmose (all MP based)?
(OK, Venom is not the same because it does Poison & Stop too, but you get
the idea)

Similarly, can an enemy be immune to Bio but not to Poison?

No.  If you can dispute that, I'd be suprised
