Me watching that show ten years ago:

"Wow, what an obscure reference!  I'll have to look it up and pretend
to be familiar wth it.... or else!  These guys are so cool, dropping
references that no one has ever heard of except for a select few!  They
think so highly of their audience, they do, they do!"
