HELP!!! with .hack

I've been playing .hack/Quarantine (fourth chapter) and I just got to
the first place I need J virus cores (small monsters from Omega
server). So I look for small monsters in omega monsters in about 10
different areas and find none.

So I look at an FAQ and find 6 monsters like that. However, I don't
have *any* of the keywords to access those areas. Anyone know what's
wrong? This is incredibly annoying.

I haven't got that far yet but have you checked all the message posts and
emails cos you get some keywords in them.

Yep, nothing new. I even e-mailed Bandai asking for help with the
game...
