FFXI registration problem

Not sure if any of you can answer this, but here goes. Thanks if you
can of course.

I bought a US PS2 and FFXI with HDD and Network adapter. But on reading
the manual have discovered one fatal flaw in my plan to play FFXI on a
ps2 in the UK.

The problem being the credit card holders billing address, has a stupid
section requiring you to scroll down a list of american states, and
select one. :( Being that I live in the Uk this is a hugh problem since
they won't be able to validate my credit card.

The only way I could get round this is 3 options enter my address with
county and country in the street address box and city box. Then enter
my post code as the zip code. Any card company would then recognise
that. But it would also have a american state thrown into the mix as
well. :( the next option is that there maybe an other section in the
state list which I highly doubt there is. The 3rd alternative is when
they release the UK PC version they may update the registration process
to include Uk and europe.

Otherwise I pretty much won't be playing FFXI :'(

Has anyone else imported a ps2 and ffxi from america and found a way to
overcome this problem. Or can think of a way to overcome it. Or reckon
that the 3rd alternative that I mentioned is likely to happen.

Anyhow thanks for any help you can offer. Sorry this post is a bit
longwinded.

Just put right data where u can and random data in the "State"
field...
Anyway, u can select only US states, but u ll be able to play even w/
full random infos ...
