Well, I got myself kicked out of Vault City by accident...

I went to drop off the Raiders account book, and at the gate they stopped me
because of drugs. Anyway, I checked through my gear and found some psycho,
and went to drop it, but took it by accident... which dropped my
intelligence to 3...

Went inside the city, and the first person I spoke to had me kicked out...

Is there anyway to get back in aside from going on a killing spree?
