As far as i know there are none set SPECIFICALY in the fallout world, but
there are plenty of novels set in a post apocalyptic world..

such as "children of the dust" ( i think that's the title.. we read it in
school.. )

"The Stand" by Stephen King.. set in a world where a "super flu" has killed
everyone but those few who are naturally imune..

The Dark Tower series.. most notably the third book "The Wastelands".. again
by Stephen King.. the series follows the exploits of a gunslinger in a world
that has "moved on" after some sort of catastrophy ( what that catastrophy
is we haven found out yet.. ) but definitely a world that was once similar
to ours.. ( oil pumps, nuclear missile silo's and other evidence of the past
still remaining.. )

and of course there are the fan fictions available on-line from many fallout
based websites and forums

There were three rather good novels, all part of a trilogy... set in a
rather interesting, semi-post apocolyptic world... the concept was that
aliens had over taken world, and held human beings in a state where
technology was at a level of about the fuedal age... the remains of the age
of modern age still existed though, as abandoned ruins... not quite the
world of fallout, but an interesting pseudo-post-apocolyptic world.

(According to amazon.com, apparently, there were four books, but I only
recall three... but Amazon says the four books are "When the Tripods Came"
"The White Mountains" "The City of Lead and Gold", and "Pool of Fire". I
haven't read the first one.)

Ammendment to what I wrote, apparently, it was a triology, "When the Tripods
Came" was written long after as a prequel.

Omg!! I love that series. It was written mainly for children, but was
a fabulous allogary for the evils of oppresive governments. My father
used to read it to me when I was young, which perhaps contributes to
my lost of the apocolypse genre. I recommand The Stand though, and
then Dues Ex (for computer) and The Stand the movie. Those are great
Apocolypse worlds to dig your teeth into. Ooooo, and Mad Max.
