I just downloaded Fallout1 - I actually paid for it when I bought F2,
as the package was supposed to contain both, but they were out of it -
I don't usually pirate :).
You are right that F2 is a copy of F1. I only played about 2 hours,
but F1 seems to have all the storyline and maybe F2 was indeed a
tacked on follow up. Al this taken into consideration, however, you
have to give both games their due in that they have a good hook to get
players into the game.
I was surprised to have a 10mm pistol in my stock kit when I left the
vault in F1. :)
As a note, all Fallout games are posted in alt.games.old... whatever
it is. I hope you have easynews with its good retention to be able to
get them.

You did not f.cking pay for it if you did not buy the version with both.
