I did try it out myself and couldn't get it to run on my PC. Hopefully they'll
get their next Beta (5) out soon.
After not getting that to run I figured I'd try another:
"FO2 Setting Improvement Mod v2"

It is still basically the same game, but alters some of the story line, maps,
and dialog to fit better as a sequel to Fallout. If you haven't played any
Fallout for a while it is worth a run.
