Hullo

Is there anywhere a document that presents all the rules and formulas used
by Fallout?

I mean, things like how are HP calculated each levels, how are fail rates
calculated, ... and so on.

Thanks

Try No Mutants Allowed.  They have downloadable files that may be what
you're looking for.

There is a Fallout pen-and-paper role playing game that someone
developed.  You could try searching online for that.

I'm not a well adjusted person, but I play one on the net.

Here's a link that might help:

http://www.dungeon.gr/archinf.php?id=47

It is the "Fallout RPG PnP v2 Corebook". comes as a .PDF file and is full of
good stuff. Lots of dead links out there on the trail. There is some Russian and
Polish that may still be active.

Here's a link to a French site:
http://survivant.chez.tiscali.fr/mobile/index.php

or with translation...

That's enough time on that.

No, but here is a link to where you can calculate the HP damage you'll receive
based on fallout exposure rates:
http://people.smu.edu/rmonagha/fallout.xls

That doesn't help much, but it's a cool chart.
