Hullo Is there anywhere a document that presents all the rules and formulas used by Fallout? I mean, things like how are HP calculated each levels, how are fail rates calculated, ... and so on. Lots of dead links out there on the trail. There is some Russian and Polish that may still be active. No, but here is a link to where you can calculate the HP damage you'll receive based on fallout exposure rates: http://people.smu.edu/rmonagha/fallout.xls That doesn't help much, but it's a cool chart.
