Being naturally cynical, I thought he was asking for a binary post of
it. If I was wrong, I do apologise. As further recompense I have a

although that is a UK site. It does link to dealers in the US as well
though.

Format of the post and included sig suggests you were correct. Looks
just like the stuff people post in binary groups all the time asking
other people to post binary content.

It did, didn't it. However, I admit I may have been hasty and he may
have been genuine. At least I know it wasn't just me! Anyway, the
links I provided show the book in question to be easily available at
around £4 or 8 dollars, so I wouldn't have thought he'd have had a
problem getting it where he is.
