Would anyone be willing to help out a poor college student studying
MMOs? :)

I'm currently seeking people over the age of 18 who have had dreams
related to MMOs. If you have ever dreamed that you were in the game or
that parts of the game were in your real life, then I would like to ask
you some questions about your experiences. Your information and
responses will be kept confidential.

If you are willing to be interviewed about your thoughts on this topic,
please email me at eqearlgrey@yahoo.com.

Alternatively, you can help me out by taking this 10-minute survey.

I appreciate your contribution to my research. At the conclusion of my
project, I will post a link to my paper, as well as the papers of my
classmates. For more details about our course and the research project,
visit: http://www.trinity.edu/adelwich/worlds/faq.html

Thanks in advance for your time.

It's not dreaming, but online games definitely creep into one's
subconscious.  More than once I've been driving somewhere and
looked up at my windshield trying to check my compass window. :-)

This morning my wife was trying to get something out of a bottle
with a squeeze-type trigger, and when she squeezed it it got stuck
and nothing happened.  She says her first thought was, "Lag."

I live in a somewhat rural area where septic is the standard rather
than city sewer.  Reading up on how to keep a healthy septic system I
read that brewers yeast was the most common ingredient in most
treatments and that you could just use that directly.

I thought "where does one find brewers yeast around here?  It's pretty
common in PoK."

I keep trying to [C]onsider people I walk by.

Most of them regard me indifferently.

Oh thank goodness I am not the only one who does that. I usually take
that to mean I have been playing too much. Of course, I did just buy a
GPS for my car so now I really do have a compass window in my car.
