Back during those guild summits, there was talk of putting in some solo
content for those of us who can only log in for 1-2 hours every so often.
What ever happened to that?  Have any of the plans/ideas from those summits
been implemented?

They're called "tasks" and they were added some time last year, I
think.  You can find task masters here and there all over Norrath (and
the Plane of Knowledge).  Not all tasks are terribly easy to solo for
classes that don't solo well, though.

What level do tasks go up to by the way?  The ones I've seen seem to
be all lower level.  Any in the 50's?

On a related note, does anyone know of a place that's compiled a list
of Task Masters, preferably by levels?  So like, if I'm level 54 and
am looking for tasks, can I find out where to get them?

I was searching for something like that too...with no success so far.
On the other hand for my both level 67 mains there are only a few
tasks to have, some in LoY,some in Kunark.
The list would also be needed to be sorted by classes,my Ranger and
my Cleric get completly different  tasks.
All Taskmasters in Kunark give out the same tasks but as mentioned
above its class dependant, same is true for LoY.
All in all the task system looks unfinished to me,there are very few
tasks,my Ranger gets exactly one to choose from in Kunark.  :)

Could be a luck of the draw. My Ranger, Necromancer and Enchanter often
get the same tasks offered, as do my SK and my wife's monk. There's
defenitely tasks the enchanter and necro can do that the ranger just
has all kinds of trouble with, and vice-versa, but they do eventually
all get offered if I pester the task master enough.

I doubt it has anything to do with luck.
My Cleric always gets the exactly same 4 tasks offered in Kunark, and
my Ranger the 1 task mentioned in my posting above(Theatre in Veksar).
