i guess that would depend on what color rouge is being used.....

Lol, it's ROGUE not rouge  :D  You'd be amazed how many people do

It's no different from any other mount other than it's appearance.  So, can
rogues sneak/hide on horses at present? (My assumption is no).

Aye, I would agree, merely on the grounds of a token nod towards
realism in a game, but I have no idea either  :)  In any case, the
mere picture of someone trying to silently sneak past something, while
riding a four-legged, steam-powered, metallic construct is a pretty
funny one!
