EQ2 - Locked out of level 2 on Nek Castle

Hi
Just been back to Nec Castle to do another Heritage Quest and I can not get
back to the Library on level two. The Candle I need to open the secret door
from level one does not highlight. Nor can I get another note from the games
room. Anyone else had this problem?

I've never seen the dartboard not give another note. It should spit
one out at you since that is the trigger for making the candle usable.

similar problem, different zone.

the instanced zone in CoD (i think, still get all my EQ/EQ2 zones mixed up
sometimes) for the "forgotten potion - into the hive" quest doesnt seem to
be working. ive zoned in twice but was unable to defeat the mobs. leveled
up a bit and went back, and now the door doesnt even highlight on mouseover.

i submitted all this in detail, and wonderful customer service tells me to
right click on the door and check something, even after i told them i cant
interact with the door.

so looks like i'll be deleting the quest and starting over again.

I went to Nek castle last night on Lavastorm and we had this problem
too. We couldnt open the doors and we couldnt get the locket quest
again. I guess it is just abug that needs to be fixed.

I wish it wasnt bugged though, we would have finished 5 heritage quest
with the death of Lord Everling and our guild would have reached level
15 :(

Go back to the chapel and kill the mobs in there again. Once done and the
quest npc comes up again, you'll be able to activate the candle again.
