If I recall correctly, the manual is found only on line now.  Here is a

You will find the manual in that "library".

(I had thought that a copy was also found in the Everquest folder with the
game operating material.  But I could not find it there.)

I think it is a PDF file on the CD that gets put in your EQ folder when
you install the expansion.
