So you can move your spell icons around in your spellbook... are those
changes saved on your local PC, or is that something on server side? I
want to move my spellbook settings (the location of my spells) from
one PC to another.

Spell sets are client side. I do not know which file though. Location of
spell icons in the book is serverside.

Spell sets are in the file, <playername>_<servername>.ini under the
section, "[SpellLoadouts]".

Spellbook content is server side, nothing in it changes when you
login from a different computer. Hotkeys, ini settings and skin will
change unless you copy them over, of course.
