One upgrade that springs out to me is lose the crap no HP earring for
an Earring of the Solstice. Make a list of the required ingredients
and I bet you can find all of the parts in the bazaar at any one time.

Looking pretty good now. I don't much care for the IGS personally,
they were good at one time but lots of other options now with decent
AC, HPs and other stats.
