I went into the Bazaar the other day and bought the Club of the Ice Ocean
for my HIE Paladin but when I tried to equip it got a message saying it
couldn't be used by members of my Diety. Yet when I checked the weapon there
was nothing mentioned on it about Diety. So I tried it on my other
characters and they get the same message. I was wondering if there is
somewhere I can go to get a list of what items can't be used by what
Dieties, as I don't want to waste a couple of hundred plat on another item I
can't use.

It does not have a deity restriction, unless it was added very recently.
What level are you? The club has a required level of 51, meaning you
cannot equip it at a lower level than that. As I recall, the message it
gives specifies that it cannot be equipped by someone of your
race/class/deity, not just deity, but, it's been some time since I have
seen the message too.

You need to be level 51 to equip that, the devs got somewhat lazy and
used the same error message for level restricted items as deity
restricted ones. See also: Narandi's (sp) Lance.

Club isn't a very good Paladin weapon anyway.
