I had let my friend borrow my final doom cd....and his stupid-a.s brother
broke it, dumbass....

anyways, i want another copy, but since i have a licence, can't i just
download a warez copy and it'll be ok, since i've already paid?

Better idea; beat your friend's brother into a messy pulp until he replaces
it for you.

If you call ID Software with the pay-to-download service, they'll
probably let you do so if you have the ISBN or a "Proof of Purchase"
