Oh this so good. I had play before. I having so blast good times playing
this Strain.Wad, I haven't play DOOM like about 5 years anyway.

I back to playing DOOM II with differents mega maps.

So intense awesome. I love everything with DOOM. I love sound...

DOOM is still number one of all time. I love how2 ambush DOOM monsters show
up so many and fought each other and scream LOL !!!!

DOOM is NUMBER 1

You are talking about the Strain Total Conversion, right? I recall it
was quite awesome :)

Yes :)

Original Strain 10 is bug with ports like Zdoom.

Download the *fixed* version StrainFix work well

I still playing Strain.

Long time ago I made a review, although a short review (like most on
my page):

The page has not been updated for ages, but there is around (or more)

Your well behind on the whole reviews :-)
And of late there have been some good, very good in opinion megaWADs.

The recent ones I rate are:

Congestion 1024
- This is 32 minuture levels. Different authors. The rules are the
player cannot wander outside a 1024x1024 area. But the level designer is
free to have outside decorative areas, or monsters firing within or
shootable switches outside the area.
The idea is to see how create a level designer can be.
I really enjoyed this. MAP02 looked great (but the play could be a little
better), MAP03.
MAP27 Tower of Hades was my favourite. MAP28 & MAP29 looked visibly
stunning.
You will need PrBoom or ZDoom to play I think.
I dont quite rate it 10 out 10 as on some levels it is not possible to get
100% kills, 100% secrets.

10 Sectors
- Another competition. Different authors. The rules are design the best
level uysing no more than 10 sectors. You will need PrBoom or ZDoom to play
I think.
There are some very good levels on this but I found it patchy.
MAP08 is infamous in facing 3 Cyberdemons to kill by teleporting (and
absolutely absolutely impossible). MAP24 is hard. This is very is variable
in degrees of difficulty.
But many many enjoyable levels. I like the early ones.
MAP30 is astonishingly quite easy on this WAD.

Community Chest 1
Community Chest 2
Community Chest 3
I am familar with the first two WADs but not the 3rd. More recent.
Community Chest 1, MAP24 has to be seen to be believed.
Community Chest 1, MAP15 is irritating as you have to be able to do diagonal
running to make the secret exit.
MAP30 on Community Chest 1 is doable and satisfying

MAP30 on Community Chest 2 is super tough. Murder.
You face 3 demon shooters simultaneously at the end. Level is called "In
threes"

I'm aware of the first and glad to hear about the second :) I'll try
to work out some time to resume more serious DooMing again... Lately
(for couple years actually) I have been gaming very little, but one of
the rare games I have installed on my computer is of course DooM (all
official episodes, huge load of 3rd party add-ons and the only (as far
as I know) commercial add-on for DooM, HACX). So chances are that I
may return to DooMing, reviewing and level editing one day... will it
be tomorrow or two years from now - I wont promise anything coz I
would hate to dissapoint anyone if my promise would not hold :)

...when I do play DooM, most of the time when running I'm
automatically using diagonal running :)

Okay. Try Congestion 1024. It was the most fun WAD to play in years.
It was okay, even on UV.
I am currently doing Community Chest 1, at level 15
