Shortcut for Doom 3 ROE?

I accidentally deleted my ROE shortcut and now the only way to start it
is via the regular Doom3 icon, then choose mods, then ROE.

What is the "target" box supposed to have it to start ROE directly?

I've just now managed to get RoE installed in x64. The shortcut target
line it created is:

C:\Games\Doom3-64\doom3.exe +set fs_game d3xp

And that's all of it.

doom.exe +set fs_game d3xp
