When ever I enter the lift after leaving the droid for my first mission, the computer just stalls.......... even after I have installed the update and also reinstalled the program. Athlon XP 2400+ 1024Mb RAM Asus A7N8X-E Asus Radeon 9600XT Any ideas ? Are you overclocking anything ? HMMMMMMM me either :), i had to do a full reformat and reinstall to get Doom 3 working for me, somthing was stuffed up with my system. If you have your vidcard fast writes on turn it off also chnage your agp from 8 to 4 :), that might help. Well, the crashes have corrupted my system so a full reformat and reinstall is now necessary. This has really p*ssed me off. I bought an XBOX just to prevent games crashing my system...why i bought another PC game i do not know! Have you tried running chkdsk/scandisk on you drives. I hit a "bad" spot on my second run thru. When I hit F9 to quick load, it would error out and crash to the desktop. Try restarting in another spot, unless you already did that. |
