I slowly ran out of ammo for *everything* except the pistol and grenades in Waste Processing, I then killed the Mancubuses (Mancubi?) with grenades. I then got attacked by those devils with wings and they got me in boxed in up aganst a wall and I had to kill them with a pistol, reloading a couple of times. I wound up with 1% health! Luckly there was plenty of health and ammo at the end of the level! You still need to be quite conservative with ammo. I would be quite easy to > run out. I'm tellin ya, chainsaw worked for me :) I kill just about everything with the shoty at point blank range.. never have any ammo problems.
