Hi All,

I'm starting a druid in 1.10, and I'd love some tips from anyone who's
currently playing one.

It's tempting to go the usual Fury route and dedicate my life to
finding a Ribcracker, but I thought it might be interesting to try
some of the new synergies. Has anyone had any success with either Fire
Claws or the elemental tree? I know elemental druids still suck, but
perhaps not quite as badly?

What about bears? Do they still suffer from cripplingly slow attack
speed? Any good reason to try one now?

Any point using the summoning tree at all? I hear they nerfed OS ....

Any tips welcome. We'll be playing pure, untwinked 1st-level chars,
from about 10pm GMT (5pm EST) on Tuesday (29th). Anyone is welcome to
join us (the IP is dbass.homelinux.com) - there are four of us so four
spaces left. Any paladins or barbs particularly welcome (we are druid,
assassin, zon and sorc).

TIA,

CC
P.S. While browsing through the new 1.10 pages on the Arreat Summit, I
noticed three references to deleted uniques (Frostwind axe, Halaberd's
Reign armet, Merman's Sprocket boots). Anyone know why these were
deleted? Were they anything special?

Where did you hear they nerfed OS?  From what I've seen it is actually going
to be better.  The range is no longer set at 20 yards, it gets more range
with more points.

And I think all of the spirits are now Poison Immune, as well.
